Winery visit with guided tasting. From vine to glass.

Among vineyards and the barrel room, you discover how a great wine is born—from the terroir to the glass. A guided tasting, aromas, and simple pairings to enjoy without technicalities.

Experience wine culture from the inside with a winery visit designed for those who enjoy the good life. Between vineyards and barrel aromas, this experience brings you closer to the origin of every glass: the land, the climate, and the hands that shape it. Without unnecessary jargon, your host will guide you to connect with wine in an authentic way—whether it is your first tasting or you already know the ritual.

Spain is a mosaic of landscapes and climates that is reflected in the glass: Atlantic influences in the northwest, Mediterranean sunshine along the eastern coast, continental contrasts on the plateau, and even volcanic soils in the islands. From this diversity come characterful grapes—tempranillo, garnacha, monastrell, mencía, bobal; albariño, verdejo, godello, viura, xarel·lo, palomino—and styles for every moment: aromatic whites, structured reds, vibrant rosés, traditional-method sparkling wines, fortifieds, and natural sweet wines. Each wine tells the story of a landscape and a way of life.

Throughout the year, the calendar marks key moments such as pruning or harvest, and centuries-old presses coexist with wineries of contemporary architecture. Many regions champion old vineyards and sustainable practices, preserving a legacy you will appreciate in the glass—and in the stories that accompany it.

The visit begins in the vineyard to understand the “terroir”: soils, varieties, and the vine’s cycle. Then, inside the winery, you will discover the key stages of winemaking—from harvest and pressing to fermentation and ageing—with access to tanks and the barrel hall. You will see how the winemaker’s decisions shape the style and personality of each wine.

The guided tasting is the heart of the visit. You will learn to observe colour, identify aromas on the nose, and assess texture and balance on the palate. With an expert at your side, you will compare different cuvées or grape varieties to recognise fruity, floral, spicy, or toasted notes, and understand how origin and ageing influence the final result. Clear, practical guidelines ensure you enjoy the experience and remember what you learned.
